Abdulhakim Binherz is a graduate (LLM) in International Commercial Laws from University of Northumbria, and has left his imprint as one of the most prominent personalities in banking and legal sector. Prior to founding this firm, he was general counsel of Emirates NBD Legal Affairs, fraud investigation, prevention and compliance.

Binherz has extensive experience in banking and legal field as he has overseen various multi-billion dollar projects in the region. He was actively involved in establishing the region’s first real estate funds managed by Emirates International Bank to grant loans to UAE nationals free of interest. He was also council to the first high-profile merger in the Middle-East between Emirates Bank and National Bank of Dubai, and managed the legal acquisition of Dubai Bank, and BNP Paribas.

In 2013, Mr. Binherz was honored by His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan Bin Mohammed Al Qassimi, the Ruler of Sharjah, for excellence in service among UAE nationals in higher management positions in the banking industry.

Mr. Binherz is a registered advocate licensed to practice in the Dubai Courts, UAE Federal Courts and the Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC) Courts. He is the principal legal consultant and chief litigation section, has a significant and diverse practice includes criminal, civil, family and labour, commercial in addition to other general litigation.

Hana heads the marketing and business development activities of the Firm, with her vast experience in retail, consumer and services industries she spearheads our customer generation plans. Her iconic style of management, client servicing and relationship building plays a pivotal part towards client satisfaction and brand building. Hana is also an expert in the food and beverage industry and advices clients on UAE market entries.

Hana, started her career with Emirates Bank International (Now Emirates NBD) where she quickly climbed the corporate ladder to become a Branch Manager. She then Moved to the Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC) in 2005 where she grew to become Head of Insurance, Business Entities, Professional Services, Retail and Events on account of her superior skills and result oriented operations.

Hana went to school in Bahrain and earned her MBA from Halifax University , USA, with a specialization in International Business.

Lawyer Mohamed Abdelkarim – General Manager, holder of law degree with specialization in law and economic, General Manager of  M/S Abdul Hakim Binherz Advocates and Legal Consultants in Dubai and RAK, is an expert of banking issues and specialises in mortgages and auction proceedings and handling and giving advises on criminal related issues. He was previously the head of the mortgage and execution department of the Emirates NBD Bank which includes but not limited to reporting criminal cases to authority and follow up. Additionally, Abdelkarim is also in charge of the sister company of ABALC – Abdulhakim Binherz Loans and Overdues Rescheduling Services LLC  and collection company in RAK. The company which handles collection, recovery and debit restructuring. Mr. Mohamed Abdelkarim, a reputed and experienced banker having vast knowledge of real estate, intellectual property, Mortgages and execution of criminal cases with considerable experience in criminal law, and lodgement of cases and returned unpaid cheques and follow up with the authorities. He is a young, energetic and dedicated professional who believes in teamwork. He was previously the head of the mortgage and execution department of the Emirates NBD Bank. Mr. Mohamed is currently overseeing the operation of the Debt Recovery Company as General Manager. The company was established–in partnership with Mr. Mohamed Abdel Karim, a reputed and experienced banker having vast knowledge of Real Estate, Mortgages and execution of criminal cases and lodgment of returned unpaid cheques and follow up with the authorities. Mr. Mohamed is currently overseeing the operation of the Debt Recovery company as General Manager.

Mohamed graduated as a lawyer from one of the well-known colleges in Dubai UAE, holder of law degree with specialization in law and economic. He has an excellent experience in the field of banking law and other transactional law. He was heading the mortgage and execution department of Emirates NBD.  His in-depth knowledge and an experience of more than 12 years in the same field facilitate him to deliberate the matter with more understanding by developing and implementing a unique system for M/s Abdulhakim Binherz Advocates and Legal Consultants.  At present, he is the general manager of  M/S Abdul Hakim Binherz Advocates and Legal Consultants and the direct responsible officer to overseen all administrative, technical, business development and recruitments. overseeing the operation of the legal and  Debt Recovery company.
